When optimising Festival Promotion, the management of the event can add a different perspective in the minds of the potential attendees
What I mean by this is that the Management have a unique perspective about who is going to be performing, and the impact on the local community that cannot be gained using standard promotional techniques
Therefore we did 3 videos covering different aspects – Community, Technical, and Event Management/ Band liaison
We checked what impact these videos had, and they did have a significant, positive effect on ticket sale)s. and how the event was viewed
